Powered by MRP is seeking a Senior Inside Sales professional for Park City, UT. You will guide clinicians through buying, selling, trading, financing, and servicing of medical aesthetic equipment in a brand-agnostic environment.

Lead complex deals, manage a high-value pipeline in Salesforce, and set industry standards for outbound strategies while partnering with physicians and clinic owners to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven success in full-cycle B2B sales.
• Experience managing complex deal structures or transactions over $50K.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of negotiating with physicians and clinic owners.
• Background in MedTech, aesthetics, capital equipment, or high-ticket sales.

Responsabilités

• Lead deep discovery with targeted prospects to understand buying, financing, and service needs.
• Architect comprehensive solutions using proprietary software and data, balancing new and pre-owned devices.
• Seamlessly manage a high-value pipeline ($50K+ deals) in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
• Set the standard for outbound strategy and negotiation on the sales floor.
