Join to apply for the Medical Device Sales Representative role at Diversatek Healthcare

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling gastrointestinal products directly to hospitals, endoscopy centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. You will work with nursing professionals and physicians in gastrointestinal, endoscopy, and operating room departments. Diversatek Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager for its Kansas City territory.

We are looking for a sales professional with a "hunter mentality" focused on prospecting, generating interest, uncovering sales opportunities quickly, leveraging existing accounts, and closing new business within an assigned territory. The role also involves providing customer-specific account management and coordination to ensure excellent customer service, retention, and organic sales growth. This position reports directly to the District Manager. Associate Representatives are encouraged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, driving revenue through successful sales activities.
  2. Develop and grow relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians; leverage these relationships to increase sales revenue.
  3. Use our prospect database to develop and maintain records of existing and potential customers in the CRM.
  4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
  5. Discuss product fit and communicate the value proposition to meet customer goals and objectives.
  6. Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios across all markets and products.
  7. Coordinate effectively with internal departments within the organization.
  8. Attend trade shows and conferences in the territory as assigned.
  9. Collaborate with Business Development Specialists to coordinate sales opportunities and relationship development.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree required (GPA 3.0 or above).
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  3. 1-2 years of medical sales experience required.
  4. Associate Representatives are encouraged to apply.
  5. Positive attitude and strong competitive drive.
  6. Commitment to self-improvement through feedback and coaching.
  7. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 50%, including outside the local area and overnight stays.
  9. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  10. Reside in the posted territory or be willing to relocate at own expense.
  11. Meet facility credentialing requirements in the territory.
Physical Demands
  1. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and standing during procedures.
  2. Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  3. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
