As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling gastrointestinal products directly to hospitals, endoscopy centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. You will work with nursing professionals and physicians at all levels in gastrointestinal, endoscopy, and operating room departments. Diversatek Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager for its Kansas City territory.

We are seeking a sales professional with a "hunter mentality" focused on prospecting, generating interest, quickly uncovering sales opportunities, leveraging existing accounts, and closing new business within an assigned territory. The Territory Manager will also provide customer-specific account management and coordination, resulting in excellent customer service, retention, and organic sales growth within existing accounts. This role reports directly to the District Manager. Associate Representatives are encouraged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually, driving revenue through successful sales activities.
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians; leverage these relationships to increase sales revenue.
  • Maintain an ongoing record of existing and potential customers using our prospect database and CRM.
  • Build and expand long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Discuss product fit and communicate the value proposition to meet customer goals and objectives.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios across all markets and products.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments through clear communication.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences in the territory as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Specialists to coordinate sales opportunities and relationship development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required (GPA 3.0 or above).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • 1-2 years of medical sales experience required.
  • Associate Representatives are encouraged to apply.
  • Positive attitude and high competitive drive.
  • Dedication to continuous self-improvement through feedback and coaching.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including outside the local area and overnight.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the posted territory at own expense.
  • Meet facility credentialing requirements in your territory.
Physical Demands
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Standing during procedures for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and focus adjustment.
