Job description

A medical device client is looking to add to their sales team to own the Middle America/Midwest territory! This position will be responsible for promotion and sales of their device, which is designed to protect patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices! This person will work fully remotely from Missouri, Iowa, North/South Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, etc. and travel weekly to drive sales growth within their designated geographical area, building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, health care providers and strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the introduction and sales of device within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Identify potential hospitals and physicians for product integration.
  • Engage in regular visits and follow-up, ensuring a strong presence in the medical community.
  • Provide partnership support, including physician and staff education, training, and mentoring.
  • Promote company and its device as the standard of care in surgery, necessitating a deep understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, offering support and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaints efficiently, adhering to quality system requirements.
  • Stay compliant with company policies and participate actively in internal training sessions, regional, and national meetings.

Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in medical device sales.
  • Experience selling into the Electrophysiology lab is ideal.
  • Familiarity with complex hospital sales, contracting, quality systems and timely reporting of customer complaints.
  • Significant travel within the assigned geography.

Salary of $85-95K + uncapped commission, bonuses, full health benefits, 401K and car stipend/mileage reimbursement, first year OTE of $180,000 Annually.
