SAN FRANCISCO MEDICAL DEVICE TERRITORY SALES REP/MANAGER

FOR SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA!

***On track to hire quickly training start early May!***

Base Salary: $90,000 + 6 Month guaranteed $7,500 on top of base salary!

Total Comp Plan: $225,000 - $250,000. Top 30% making up to $350,000!

Base State: CA

Base City: Can live anywhere in Bay Area, Oakland, Fremont, etc.

Relocation: NO – Must live in territory, NO exception

The geography covered: San Francisco South to Monterey

Travel Requirements: 30-40%

100% Remote

Responsibilities: The candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of Surgical Sales in the O.R. working closely with Surgeons with Capital Medical Device Sales and Disposables - Oncology is a huge plus! The candidate would be selling Breast biopsy surgical devices to Surgeons and will be calling on NAMED hospitals. The company is a market-leading client dominating 80% of their niche market.

Looking for strong performance history and a successful track record in the Bay Area, i.e., Presidents Club are essential for this role. The candidate should be experienced in selling complex products into the O.R. and should be someone who can challenge Surgeons.

This role ensures stability and growth potential!

Looking for a Hunter with a 'closers never give up' attitude.

MUST HAVE: Surgical and Capital background, with experience in other device surgery preferred.
