Job summary

Start-up healthcare company is expanding their commercial sales team and seeking experienced field sales professionals to raise awareness and drive adoption of their medical device offerings. The role covers Atlanta North, with no overnight travel and a strong focus on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics.

Compensation includes total first-year pay of 180,000–280,000 USD plus commissions, with on-target earnings of 80,000–160,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR 2+ years of medical device experience
• Endocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferred but not required
• Strong consultative selling skills and relationship building
• Comfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption

Responsibilities

• Field Sales Representative working territory-based with no overnight travel.

• Field Sales Representative (Territory-based; no overnight travel)
• Total 1st year compensation: $180,00-$280,000++
• On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$160,000++ in commissions/bonus
• Territory: Atlanta North, North of HWY 20
• Calling on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics
• Educating on clinical benefits and driving product adoption
