Job summary

ECA Recruiters presents a Medical Device START UP opportunity for a Field Sales Representative in Florida. Territory includes Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples. This role is territory-based with no overnight travel and offers a total first-year compensation of 180,000–280,000++.

On-Target Earnings through commissions/bonuses range 80,000–160,000++. Candidates with 2–5 years pharma sales or 2+ years medical device experience are encouraged to apply, especially if they have endocrine/diabetes exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 2+ years in medical devices.
• Endocrine/Diabetes experience preferred but not required.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building.
• Comfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Territory-based field sales covering Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples.
• Educate on clinical benefits and drive product adoption.
• Engage endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics.

• Field Sales Representative (Territory-based; no overnight travel)
• Total 1st year compensation: $180,00-$280,000++
• On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$160,000++ in commissions/bonus
• Territory: Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples
• Calling on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics
• Educating on clinical benefits and driving product adoption

What They’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR
• 2+ years of medical device experience
