Promaxo, a Oakland-based medical device company, seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the commercial team. You will generate and qualify leads, guide new customers through orientation, manage trade-show presence, and keep marketing collateral current, working closely with Sales, Clinical, Field Service, and Operations.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in a related field, 2+ years in sales support or marketing coordination, excellent communication, and strong organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, or related commercial role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first, problem-solving approach.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and Canva or similar.

Aufgaben

• Research prospects, conduct outbound calls and emails, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Serve as a first point of contact for customer questions and issues, routing through resolution.
• Coordinate new customer orientation, including welcome materials and scheduling of installation and training.
• Plan and manage trade shows and conferences, including booth logistics and lead follow-up.
• Create, update, and organize marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and web content.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare quotes, proposals, and sales materials.
