Qualifications

Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager

Overview

Associate Territory Account Managers are responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinicians to increase awareness and educate about the Flexitouch System and other products.
  • Provide in-home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
  • Support the Territory Account Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Offer customer support through training and education on disease management, treatment protocols, and reimbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience (4 years).
  • At least 1 year of outside or inside sales experience, or 2 years of clinical patient-facing experience, or 1 year of Tactile Medical sales support experience.

Preferred

  • Experience with in-person product demonstrations in outside sales.
  • Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients (e.g., Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA).
  • Proven success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong sales closing skills, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence.
  • Resourceful and proactive.
  • Ability to travel within and outside the territory for conferences and training.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Starting salary range: $56,000 - $74,550, with potential variations based on location, skills, and experience.
