Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager

Overview

Associate Territory Account Managers are responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinicians to increase awareness and educate about the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical.
  • Provide in-home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
  • Support the Territory Account Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Offer customer support through training and education on disease management, treatment protocols, and reimbursement requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 years of combined education and work experience).
  • At least 1 year of outside or inside sales experience, or 2 years of patient-facing clinical experience, or 1 year of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work.
Preferred
  • Experience with in-person product demonstrations in outside sales.
  • Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients (e.g., Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA).
  • Proven success in interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong sales closing skills, including persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within and outside the territory for conferences and training.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary range: $56,000 - $74,550, with potential variation based on location, skills, and experience.
