Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager

Overview

Associate Territory Account Managers are responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up).
• Work with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
• Assist the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies and execution to surpass sales goals.
• Support customers through training and education on disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience (4 years).
• 1+ years of outside or inside sales experience OR
• 2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience OR
• 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support experience.

Preferred

• Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations.
• Clinical experience working with lymphedema patients (e.g., Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA).
• Proven success in interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong sales closing skills, including persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence.
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• Ability to travel within and outside the territory for conferences and training.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.

The starting salary range is $56,000 - $74,550, with variations based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
