Rep-Lite in Grand Rapids / Kalamazoo, Michigan, seeks an Associate Sales Representative to partner with experienced Territory Managers and expand adoption of innovative healthcare technologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, B2B outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license with 25-50% travel, including 1-2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrators.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Educate providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization, and customer engagement.
• Execute territory plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement, and clinical workflows in physician offices and health systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and become a trusted resource.
• Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales goals.
