Job summary

Prime Recruitment is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the San Diego area to break into medical device sales. You will conduct full-cycle consultative sales, demo products to clinicians, and support patient onboarding in-home.

This role offers a clear promotion path to Territory Sales Manager with uncapped commissions and robust travel support. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outside sales with strong relationship skills and a track record of closing deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with patients/clinicians demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales: prospecting, meetings, product demos, in-services, and follow-up.
• Educate physicians, therapists, and clinicians on a non-invasive device that improves quality of life for patients with venous disease and lymphedema.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients and support their onboarding.
• Partner closely with senior Territory Managers on strategy, execution, and sales goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource to clinicians, offering guidance on treatment protocols, reimbursement, and more.
