Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to handle daily customer requests.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email about product specs, pricing, and availability.
• Manage product returns, shipping, and order status inquiries nationwide.
• Process orders accurately and promptly in a fast-paced setting.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and direct issues to the right team when needed.
• Coordinate with Accounting to resolve invoicing issues.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
