Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in assigned territory by outbound calls.
• Meet and exceed quarterly opportunity goals.
• Partner with Territory Sales Representative to increase retention through cross-selling and upselling.
• Assist in guiding the sales process from opportunity to close.
• Help manage the quotation process with field sales to improve revenue.
• Collect customer feedback data and market information.
