Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business. You will manage full-cycle recruitment and partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic sourcing, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting Technology hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
