Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners seeks a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business. You will identify and deliver top-tier talent, partnering with HR and hiring leaders to provide a high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting, with experience in Technology hiring and familiarity with Workday ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting Technology hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
