Job summary

Technical Needs seeks a Technical Service Receiving I in Chelmsford, MA. The role demands meticulous data entry into Oracle, handling incoming devices, and preparing paperwork and labels for service workflows. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist in packaging, labeling, and inventory tasks.

A safe, efficient environment is essential. The position is Monday–Friday, with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

This pivotal role supports a company that manufactures innovative medical devices distributed globally, recognized for their commitment to quality and safety. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, receiving and processing customer devices, and accurately entering data into Oracle to ensure seamless technical service operations.You will manage package opening, clean and prepare devices, perform data entry, and create all necessary paperwork and labels to support technical workflows.
