Job summary

Technical Needs seeks a Technical Service Receiving I in Chelmsford, MA. The role demands meticulous data entry into Oracle, handling incoming devices, and preparing paperwork and labels for service workflows. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist in packaging, labeling, and inventory tasks.

A safe, efficient environment is essential. The position is Monday–Friday, with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Oracle, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Dymo labeling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening packages and cleaning daily technical service items and devices.
• Perform data entry of device information into Oracle and other applications.
• Create paperwork and service-specific labels.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support other duties as assigned.
