Job summary

EPTAM Precision is seeking a Planner to join our Northfield, NH team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining production schedules and converting forecasts into actionable plans to meet customer needs.

You will work with ERP/MRP systems, monitor progress, and coordinate with multiple teams to optimize machine utilization and on-time delivery. A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2–5 years of manufacturing planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• CPIM/CSCP/APICS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate material availability and work orders in ERP/MRP systems.
• Balance workloads across machines and production steps for efficiency.
• Provide lead-times, commit dates, and shipments projections to Sales.
• Participate in backlog and capacity planning meetings.
