Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Packaging Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in medical device packaging. You will help design, develop and qualify packaging systems for sterile and non‑sterile devices, under senior guidance, ensuring compliance with domestic and international standards.

You will contribute to cross‑functional teams across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Supply Chain, documenting tests and supporting design controls to meet project timelines and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Biomedical or related field.
• 1–3 years in packaging engineering; medical device experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 11607, ISO 13485 and related ASTM/ISTA standards.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging system design, development and qualification for sterile and non-sterile devices.
• Assist with design control activities and maintain packaging specifications.
• Participate in projects from concept to verification and transfer with testing support.
• Translate requirements into packaging and process specs with mentorship.
• Contribute to cross‑functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Execute tasks with ownership and escalate risks when needed.
• Prepare technical docs: test protocols, reports, instructions, change controls.
• Support verification and validation activities, including sample prep and data collection.
• Apply engineering principles and pursue continuous improvement in packaging.
