Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. seeks a Packaging Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in medical device packaging or related engineering.

You will support design, development, and qualification of packaging systems for sterile and non-sterile devices, ensuring compliance with standards. The role involves writing test protocols, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Packaging, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.
• 1–3 years in packaging engineering or related engineering role; medical device/pharma exposure is a plus.
• Foundational knowledge of medical device packaging concepts and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and qualification of packaging systems for sterile and non-sterile medical devices.
• Assist with design control activities for packaging projects and document packaging specifications.
• Participate in packaging development from concept to verification and transfer; support testing and data collection.
