Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Counsel to advise on general commercial, legal, and compliance matters for a medical device company.

You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, review marketing materials for regulatory compliance, and support healthcare-law issues across the organization. You will also handle sponsorship approvals, manage litigation with outside counsel, and create training on various legal topics.

Formación

• JD required with active State Bar membership.
• Minimum 3 years of attorney practice, preferably in a medical device company.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts (customer, vendor, sponsor, etc.).
• Review RFP responses and advise on marketing collateral compliance.
• Provide healthcare compliance guidance (Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, HIPAA).
• Advise on approvals for sponsorships and educational grants.
• Manage litigation matters with outside counsel as needed.
• Develop and deliver training on legal and compliance topics.
• Conduct legal research affecting CMSU and subsidiaries.
