Job summary

The attorney will handle litigation matters with outside counsel, develop policies, provide training, and offer guidance on employment, privacy, and other legal areas to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Minimum three years of attorney practice, preferably with a medical device company.
• Must be a member of the State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Review and advise on materials in response to RFPs.
• Review marketing collateral for compliance with Truth in Advertising principles and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on sponsorships and educational grants.
• Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters with outside counsel.
