Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Learning Design Specialist to shape learning experiences for the urology sales organization. You will partner with STMs, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective learning solutions for field-based learners and business needs.

You will design and implement training workshops for National Sales Meetings and coordinate synchronous and asynchronous classes, while supporting setup and coordination of sales

Qualifications

• BA in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years instructional design, curriculum development and technical writing experience
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline (or similar e-learning authoring tools) to develop a Tier 1 training and LMS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft product suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE, SAM), and learning theories.
• Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and work independently and in a team environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in learning design.
• Ability to quickly grasp new terminology (i.e. medical terminology, sales terminology)

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design: design and develop high-quality learning materials with clear performance-based objectives for instructor-led and e-learning
• Needs Analysis: assess objectives, audience, and gaps with cross-functional partners using data-driven insights
• Curriculum Development: create learning curricula aligned with goals; ensure logical sequencing
• Learning Experience Design: craft engaging experiences using varied instructional strategies and tech
• Technology Integration: basic Articulate360 proficiency to develop Tier 1 modules for LMS/LXP
• Collaboration: work with STMs, Product Marketing and stakeholders on strategic projects and campaigns
• Quality Assurance: review materials, implement feedback, ensure compliance with Quality System requirements
• Project Management: manage multiple projects, timelines, resources, and priorities
• Evaluations and Assessment: develop evaluation strategies and analyze data for improvements
