Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, training, or learning and development.
• Experience designing and reinforcing learning programs for sales or customer-facing pros.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Corporate Accounts learning strategy and curriculum.
• Design onboarding experiences and ongoing professional development.
• Translate strategies into practical learning experiences for customers and teams.
• Build capabilities in strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement and value-based selling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning with business objectives.
• Establish and monitor learning effectiveness measures and feedback.
• Promote responsible use of AI tools to enhance learning.
