Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Moorpark, CA for an in-person role. You will sell remote patient monitoring and chronic disease care devices to healthcare providers, identify clinics, demonstrate products, and drive tailored solutions to meet clinical and business goals.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of inside sales experience in medical devices or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years inside sales experience in medical devices or related field preferred.
• Temp-to-Perm may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Sell remote patient monitoring and chronic disease care devices to healthcare providers.
• Identify and engage clinics, lead product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and social media to drive awareness and leads.
• Pursue new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying leads.
• Develop and maintain a customer database; generate and qualify leads.
• Follow sales processes and maintain activity records; respond with same-day turnaround.
• Attend tradeshows when needed; build strong client relationships.
