Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Clinical Field Sales Specialist in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on advanced hemodynamic monitoring technologies and driving adoption in OR, ICU, and EP Lab settings.

The position is entry-level for a dynamic medical sales path, with a contract W2 arrangement and 40 hours per week. Expect early starts, significant travel, and a route to Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in medical device sales; sales-focused role.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including early mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell disposable products within the assigned territory to drive growth.
• Support OR/ICU/EP Lab cases by providing clinical insight and setup assistance.
• Educate clinicians on hemodynamic parameters and device value, on-site and virtually.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to prioritize accounts and expand adoption.
• Identify underpenetrated areas and drive additional monitor placements.
• Schedule follow-ups, host events, and run email campaigns to maintain relationships.
