Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Field Service Representative I in Arlington, TX. You will service healthcare clients, deliver and maintain medical device equipment, and manage inventory across facilities. The role requires customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment, tracking assets, and attending trainings. A company vehicle is provided and relocation is not authorized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically.
• Ability to meet physical requirements per JSA.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients daily with superior customer service and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver medical device equipment, disposables, and documentation for delivery.
• Track and locate inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Load and unload equipment from company vehicles and participate in trainings.
