Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area to maintain and repair life-saving equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot and service complex systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and support sales through joint calls and service excellence.

Training and a company vehicle program are included. We value technicians with electronics/electromechanical skills, ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics, electro-mechanical, biomedical engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years field-based service experience in medical devices preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot highly technical mechanical and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and repair in the service territory.
• Perform preventative maintenance following procedures and using proper tools.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and KPI targets.
• Assist with contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
