Getinge is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale service territory. You will provide maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer guidelines and using mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic knowledge to support customers.

The role involves on-site and remote troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with sales. A technical degree and 3+ years in field service are required.

Formación

• Associate degree in electronics, electro-mechanical, biomedical engineering, or related tech field.
• 3+ years in field-based technical service or medical device maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or electronic systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and support within service territory.
• Perform preventative maintenance per procedures using proper tools and parts.
• Assist sales with marketing Getinge equipment and leads.
• Maintain service contracts through high-quality work and customer service.
• Comply with health & safety codes and Getinge policies.
• Prepare and submit reports by deadlines; meet KPI targets.
• Serve as a field-based training resource for other technicians.
• Maintain inventory and manage expenses per Area Manager guidelines.
