Job summary

Umano Medical is seeking a dedicated field service professional to perform repairs and preventive maintenance at customer sites across the United States. You will handle service requests, train technicians when needed, and ensure customer satisfaction from entry to resolution.

You will collaborate with engineering and other departments to share feedback, maintain accurate documentation, and support planning of technician workloads while advancing your career within a dynamic, trusted team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in after-sales service or customer support.
• Hands-on experience in product repair and technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs or preventive maintenance on our products at our various customers' sites.
• Participate in training of service technicians and technical personnel in hospitals.
• Handle customer service requests, including complaints, with proper documentation.
• Process orders for parts or service.
• Follow up with customers from request to completed repair and satisfaction.
• Document all service cases and communicate with engineering.
