Medical Careers, Inc. seeks a results-driven Territory Manager to cultivate and manage relationships within the medical accounts in the Greater Indianapolis area.

You will identify prospects, conduct cold calls on dermatologists and plastic surgeons, and convert leads into closed business across Indiana and parts of Kentucky. This role offers a base salary of $70k–$75k plus uncapped commissions, a $600 monthly car allowance, full benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–5 years of outside B2B sales is ideal.
• Medical device experience is a plus and helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Achieve minimum sales quotas as established by the Company.
• Generate sales leads primarily by cold calling dermatologists or plastic surgeons (ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons) and other physicians in the Territory.
• Provide sales support at workshops, tradeshows, and seminars.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the applications and performance of the Company's products.
• Attend and promote workshops and support programs in conjunction with Sales Manager, marketing and clinical departments.
