Job summary

Solventum is seeking a field-based medical device sales professional to drive revenue in the Indianapolis area. You will manage and grow sales of assigned products across a defined territory while building relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital leaders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel up to 90%. You will develop territory plans, deliver product demonstrations, and provide clinical support, forecasting,

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or 9+ years in medical field sales with a high school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 90%.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of assigned products in a defined territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans including clinical education and account prioritization.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Deliver demos, in-servicing, and clinical support with forecasting and inventory management.
