Isto Biologics in the greater Philadelphia area is growing its field sales team. The Sales Associate will provide case coverage, in-service technical support in the OR, and occasional office coverage as needed, aligned with regional goals.

The role emphasizes new account development in a direct sales model, including market research, cold calling, regional visits, and maintaining activity records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Experience in OR-based service and orthopedic/spinal sales preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and relationship management.
• Willing to travel and have varied hours.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide case coverage and in-service technical support in the OR; coordinate with Billing and Customer Service.
• Develop new accounts in a direct sales model, perform market research, cold calling, regional visits, and track activity in Salesforce.
