Job summary

Stryker in Ann Arbor, MI seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across operating rooms and clinics.

You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative, help with product evaluations and clinical procedures, educate surgeons and staff, manage inventory, track activities, and participate in training to advance your career in a global medical technology leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales or related roles.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-based environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room and office settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff for correct product use and positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply knowledge to customer education and engagement.
