Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to begin a career in medical device sales by supporting healthcare professionals and cutting-edge technologies that improve patient care.

You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth in a field-based role that blends sales, clinical exposure, and account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outside sales or related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory, including customer sites and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating rooms and offices.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff to ensure proper use and positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales activities and support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Representative(s) to identify opportunities and develop accounts.
• Participate in product training to apply clinical knowledge for customer education.
