Job summary

United Imaging - North America is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first contact for equipment service and support requests. You will handle inbound calls, capture complete information, assess urgency, create cases in ShareCRM, and route requests to the appropriate service teams.

In this role you will follow intake scripts, triage guidelines, and escalation procedures to ensure timely, accurate responses while supporting field service operations and minimizing administrative

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Ability to document interactions accurately in real time.
• Comfort coordinating with multiple internal teams in fast-paced settings.
• Healthcare or medical devices exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls and capture accurate details.
• Create and manage cases in ShareCRM and route to proper teams.
• Coordinate service logistics and scheduling.
• Escalate urgent issues to engineers and managers per procedures.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Review cases for completeness and gather missing information.
