Responsibilities

• Serve as the professional first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and shared service inboxes.
• Create and manage service work orders, dispatch field service engineers, and communicate scheduling updates.
• Review completed work orders, release service reports, and support accurate invoicing.
• Maintain customer, equipment, and service records in company systems.
• Support visitors, internal teams, and service operations with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
