Job summary

Elos Medtech AB, a leading medical device partner, seeks a Customer Relations Specialist for our Memphis, TN site. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, handling orders, shipments, pricing, and account details while coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will monitor orders, provide timely updates, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvements in customer service processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in customer service or commercial operations in regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems in a manufacturing setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries on orders, shipments, pricing, and account information.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders in ERP/CRM with accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Proactively monitor order status and communicate schedules, updates, and delays to customers.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to resolve issues.
