Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to serve as the operational liaison for post‑sales support and service activities. You will manage repair administration, loaner/demonstration equipment, order support, and service quotations in a regulated medical device environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Product Management, and customers to maximize equipment availability, ensure timely responses, and maintain accurate data across

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service coordination in medical devices.
• Familiarity with SAP, CRM or repair management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders for accessories and related products accurately.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate repair administration, loaner and demonstration equipment management.
• Prepare quotations for products and service agreements within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and asset data in internal systems.
• Collaborate across Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Product Management to fulfill requests.
