Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Senior Customer Care Loaner Specialist to coordinate end-to-end loaner programs. You will ensure timely fulfillment, retrieval, and accurate inventory while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role works with Sales, Service, and Warehouse teams, maintaining compliance with FDA and ISO requirements and supporting cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer care or service, healthcare preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations; multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate same-day disbursement of loaner equipment based on customer needs and inventory.
• Retrieve loaner equipment within 15 business days after repaired shipment.
• Maintain Loaner Status Reports and monitor active loaners throughout the lifecycle.
• Respond to loaner-related inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Create RMAs and manage loaner-related data in SAP; coordinate cross-functional needs.
• Coordinate with Parts, Customer Care, Service, and Warehouse to ensure timely execution.
