Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Senior Customer Care Loaner Specialist to lead end-to-end coordination of our loaner equipment program. You will ensure timely fulfillment, retrieval, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service while collaborating with Sales, Service, and Warehouse teams.

You will maintain Loaner status, respond to inquiries, handle RMAs in SAP, and ensure FDA/ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer care or service environments, preferably healthcare.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to adapt to high pressure situations.
• Strong ability to multi-task multiple orders or customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate same-day disbursement of loaner equipment and ensure availability.
• Retrieve loaner equipment within 15 business days after shipment of repaired equipment.
• Maintain Loaner Status Reports and monitor all active loaners.
• Respond to loaner-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Create RMAs and SAP loaner-related entries; assist with parts and orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Parts, Customer Care, Service, and Warehouse to ensure timely loaner activities.
• Provide backup support for Customer Care and handle email inquiries as needed.
• Ensure FDA/ISO compliance and company policies.
