This role focuses on coordinating repair administration, loaner equipment, quotations, and orders while ensuring timely execution in a regulated medical device environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Product Management to maximize equipment availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service coordination in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or repair management systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders for accessories and related products accurately.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide phone support for repairs, loaner and demonstration equipment, and quotations.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations for products and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and asset information in internal systems.
• Coordinate communications regarding repair status and equipment availability.
