Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Customer Care Loaner Specialist to oversee the end-to-end coordination of the loaner equipment program. You will ensure timely fulfillment, retrieval, and accurate inventory while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer care or service environments, preferably healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end loaner equipment fulfillment and retrieval.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for loaner inquiries and issues.
• Manage loaner inventory and SAP-related data entry; generate RMAs and loaner reports.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, Warehouse and Sales to ensure timely loaner execution.
• Provide backups for the Customer Care team and ensure regulatory compliance.
