Job summary

Abbott in Minnetonka is seeking a production/operator for the electrophysiology division to assemble and test pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device components. You will follow procedures, maintain records, and participate in safety and continuous improvement efforts.

This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read procedures, and teamwork in a regulated manufacturing setting. Monday–Thursday shift with potential overtime; base pay is reflective of the EP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate.
• Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to manufacturing management.
• Follow safety guidelines and utilize safety devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives to improve production processes.
