Job summary

Abbott in Minnetonka is seeking an Operator I to perform routine and repetitive assembly operations in the Electrophysiology division. The role works under direct supervision with a four-and-a-half hour daily shift from 4:45 am to 3:15 pm and may involve overtime.

You will help maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement efforts to meet quality targets. The position emphasizes safe practices, teamwork, and clear communication across manufacturing levels.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
• Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance.
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations under direct supervision.
