Aerotek is hiring for a Medical Device Assembler I in Irvine, CA. This contract-to-hire role focuses on electro-mechanical and clean room device assembly and packaging, requiring strong hand skills and attention to detail. Training is provided, no experience required, and candidates will work in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Shifts are multiple, onsite in Irvine with a 4/10 schedule. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility after conversion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical device assembly experience is preferred, but no experience is required.
• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic hand tools (micrometers, calipers) will be used.
• Ability to operate equipment and interpret results.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a production setting.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and detect issues.

Responsibilities

• Support GMP and FDA regulatory compliance.
• Follow SOPs and DOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Learn new equipment and processes quickly.
• Read and interpret procedures and drawings.
• Ensure quality check of own work.
• Practice good safety at all times.
