Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembler for the 2nd shift in Irvine, CA to build and package precision medical devices in a regulated, cleanroom setting. You will work with a team to maintain high-quality standards and document production activities.

The role welcomes entry-level candidates, offering cross-training and opportunities to grow within a growing medical device manufacturing environment. Shift is Mon-Thu 3:30pm–2am with weekends off; onsite position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools or measuring equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical devices according to detailed instructions and quality requirements.
• Perform precise hand assembly and inspection of components.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while following safety and quality standards.
• Use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and manufacturing procedures.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Accurately document production activities using computer systems.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to maintain production goals.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives.
