US Med-Equip in Colorado is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support hospital partners with responsive service and accurate equipment delivery. You will collaborate with operations and sales to coordinate orders, load and transport life-saving medical equipment, and provide professional, solution-oriented customer support.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work across shifts.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to use company portal daily.

Responsabilidades

• Load, secure and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies for delivery to healthcare partners.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles safely.
• Assist service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and coordinate with sales/operations.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with operations and the sales team to provide excellent customer service to our hospital partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
• Able to work unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical
